Personal projects

There are two indie game projects currently being developed in early phase: Arcane Staff and Ultra Killer.

The Games are developed with Unreal Engine 4 using Blueprints/C++ and Blender 2.80 for 3D models, initially focusing on the platform PC / Microsoft Windows 10 64-bit.

Cross-platform support (PC, MAC, iOS, Android, Linux) could be developed in new projects and new builds should come out on various platforms in the future to broaden the target audience.

The site, software, me and credits and licenses


The site is a personal portfolio/blog created on 7/27/2019 to promoteand get all information together about indie games developed by Caio Prado.

The idea is to facilitate access to the developed material and connect the developer with gamers, partners and other developers.

The portfolio/blog site name comes from Caio + Software (in particular the software category: Games) and the .com domain was chosen because it is the most accessible and easy to remember.

Caio Prado

I'm a Brazilian game developer and creator of the "Arcane Staff" and "Ultra Killer" projects under development with the philosophy of "one developer army".

I'm always studying something or trying to learn something about game development and production like programing (Blueprints/C++), level design, procedural generation, VFX, SFX, 3d modeling, animations, UMG UI, AI.
